The formula for speed is very simple to understand. Speed is affected by the level of the player. The base speed level is 200 and every level you get your speed is added on. Here is what the formula looks like:
"1/2 × [player level] + 200 = speed"
As an example, at character level 1, your speed is 200.5. At character level 300, you would have 350 speed.
